Fabege sells Valnöten 8

Fabege has sold its Valnöten 8 property on Kungsholmstorg in Stockholm to Orvaus
AB for a consideration of SEK 115m. Valnöten 8 is a 3,000 m2 mixed commercial
and residential property. The buyer will take possession of the property in
January 2010. 

The sale will result in a profit after tax of SEK 14m, which will be recognised
in the fourth quarter of 2009.
