Major shareholder announcement - LD Equity 1 K/S.
Upon registration today at the Danish Commerce and Company Agency (Erhvervs- og
Selskabsstyrelsen) of the share capital increase and the merger of share
classes, H+H International A/S has received notification that LD Equity 1 K/S
has increased its share of the total voting rights in H+H International A/S.
As of today's date LD Equity 1 K/S owns 572,481 shares of DKK 50 in H+H
International A/S, equal to nominally DKK 28,624,050. The ownership of shares
makes up 5.84% of the total sh
