PUT OPTION EXECUTION FORM FOR OJSC “TECHNIKABANK" 13.5% USD 10,000,000 NOTES DUE 2011

According to OJSC “Technikabank” Prospectus dated 15 December 2008, Note
holders have the right to demand the repayment of the principal of 13.5% Notes
due 2011 on 15 February 2010. 

If the Note holders wish to exercise the put option for the Notes, they should
fill in, sign and send the attached form to with the notice to Janis
Dubrovskis, Head of Investment Banking, AS “Parex banka”, Republikas laukums
2a, LV-1522 (fax: +371 67778655), no later than  January 31, 2010. If the
signed form is not receive by the mentioned date it shall be consider that Note 
holder have chosen to hold the Notes.
