TRUCKEE, CA--(Marketwire - January 4, 2010) - Clear Capital (www.clearcapital.com), a data and solutions leader for real estate asset valuation, investment and risk assessment, today announced the company has updated its systems to accept the American Securitization Forum Loan Identification Number Code (ASF LINC™) -- a new standardized universal code that creates greater data transparency at the collateral level. ASF LINC, jointly developed by ASF and Standard & Poor's Fixed Income Risk Management Services (FIRMS), is designed to identify crucial information about individual loans that are securitized in the mortgage- and asset-backed securities markets.
