Extraordinary General Meeting
An Extraordinary General Meeting of Greentech Energy Systems A/S was held today
according to the published agenda.
The shareholders at the General Meeting elected a Board of Directors consisting
of the following members:
Kaj Andreassen (re-elected)
Borris Nielsen
Torkil Bentzen (re-elected)
Francesco Novelli
Michael West Hybholt
Francesco Novelli is Italian citizen and senior partner in the Italian law
firm, Grimaldi e Associati, Borris Nielsen is member of the board of directors
in Staxbo A/S and Michael West Hybholt is chief analyst in SmallCap Danmark
A/S.
The Board of Directors subsequently elected Kaj Andreassen as its new Chairman
and Borris Nielsen as its Deputy Chairman.
The resolution proposed regarding remuneration for the retiring Board of
Directors was adopted by the required majority.
