AS Eesti Telekom has filed an application with the Estonian CSD for transferring the minority shares to TeliaSonera AB (according to Estonian Commercial Code). The transfer is expected to be commenced on January 12, 2010. Yesterday, Eesti Telekom filed an application with the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn for the suspension of trading in its shares starting from Thursday, January 07, 2010 until delisting to ensure the clearing and settlement of all stock exchange trades before transferring the minority shares to the majority shareholder. NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to satisfy the application and thus the trading in Eesti Telekom shares is suspended starting from Thursday, January 07, 2010 until delisting.
