Bonds issued by Verðbréfun hf. (VBR 99 1, VBR 02 1) removed from trading

NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. has approved a request submitted by Verðbréfun hf.
regarding the removal of the company's bonds (VBR 99 1 and VBR 02 1) from
trading. The bonds will be removed from trading on NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. as of
closing of trading on 11 January 2010.
