TimeBridge Launches New Gadget for Google Calendar

Users Can Now Easily Coordinate TimeBridge Meetings Directly From Google Calendar

BERKELEY, CA--(Marketwire - January 14, 2010) - TimeBridge, the service that helps busy professionals schedule and run great meetings, today announced the availability of the TimeBridge Google Gadget, giving Google Calendar users an instant scheduling tool from within their personal calendar interface. More than 30% of TimeBridge's hundreds of thousands of users rely on Google Calendar as their primary calendar tool.

The TimeBridge Google Gadget streamlines the meeting process by putting its application in the familiar Google Calendar where users can:

-- See colleagues' real-time free/busy availability even if they are on
another calendaring system, such as Outlook or Apple iCal,
-- Send a meeting invite to individuals or groups proposing up to five
    times to meet,
-- Start a phone or web conference immediately with a single click,
-- Monitor proposed meetings to see when action is required to get a
    meeting scheduled, and
-- View any upcoming TimeBridge meetings.

Google Calendar integration is a longtime feature of TimeBridge's service. TimeBridge users have been able to view their own calendar details and access their Google contacts from within the TimeBridge application. They have also been able to publish their own free/busy availability to users in other companies and calendaring systems. The TimeBridge Google Gadget brings that integration directly into the Google Calendar to let users send a single invite to schedule a meeting and give them the tools to make the most of meeting time without disrupting their daily online routine.

"Meetings were meant to be productivity drivers, not laborious wastes of time to schedule or conduct," said Matthew Ledford, FastPivot.com President. "In our ecommerce agency, we work with clients across the US and have team members in every time zone. TimeBridge has become a critical component for driving efficiency into our meeting processes. The time saved avoiding phone and email back-and-forth to find times that work for everyone has been huge! Now as a bonus, TimeBridge's new Google Calendar Gadget has made it even easier for our employees to schedule important meetings with internal teams, clients and leads. We can now use TimeBridge without leaving our native Google Calendars, and that integration is just one more important time saver that enables us to keep the focus on our business."
