Schwandorf, 22 January 2010 - Following the transferral of major assets of
Schmack Biogas AG's operative business to companies belonging to the
Viessmann Group via an asset deal, Schmack Biogas AG has changed its name
to Abwicklungsgesellschaft Biogas I AG.
Abwicklungsgesellschaft Biogas I AG (former Schmack Biogas AG) filed an
application today to revoke the admission of its shares to the Prime
Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Regulated Market, a
segment with additional admission requirements. Following acceptance of the
application, the shares will be listed in the Regulated Market, General
Standard, segment.
