Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions Expands Presence in U.S.

Bo Kaburov has joined Patersons as sales director, U.S. Central Region, based in Chicago. Michael Mason has joined as Global Project Manager, based in New York City.

As sales director, Kaburov is responsible for generating new business as well as developing strategic partnerships. He has 18 years of experience in sales and business development in the human resource outsourcing (HRO) and technology industry, most recently with Salary.com, where he was regional director, HRMS/Payroll. Prior to that, he held director-level positions at Integral Systems and ADP Employease. Earlier in his career, he served in various strategic sales roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) National Accounts Services. Kaburov received his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.

As Global Project Manager, Mason is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of Patersons' services and solutions. Mason comes to Patersons from a ten-year career at Ceridian; he was most recently an implementation business analyst responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, while building and maintaining partnerships with customers.
