Legal Hold Pro is the first pure cloud-based system for managing legal hold notifications in compliance with legal best practices.

Legal Hold Pro's automated legal hold management process ensures a precise and complete compliance audit trail and a highly efficient preservation workflow. The new custodian interview feature is available now and enables legal teams to both validate their preservation efforts and ready their collection efforts by recording interview responses. Such interviews can then serve as a foundation for gathering responsive electronically stored information ("ESI") and documents.

By managing the custodian interview process in Legal Hold Pro, users will lower their litigation risk, improve efficiency and enhance defensibility through a predictable and repeatable litigation hold process. When initiating a litigation hold, counsel and litigation support teams create an online questionnaire for custodians to complete as part of the response process. The survey can be configured with either multiple choice or open-ended questions. All custodial responses are automatically tracked and added to the audit trail of the preservation notice.
