New CEO and CFO of Bure

After the registration of the merger between Bure Equity AB (”Bure”) and
Skanditek Industriförvaltning AB (”Skanditek”) the new Board has elected its
officers: Björn Björnsson, Chairman, Kjell Duveblad, Håkan Larsson, Ann-Sofi
Lodin and Mathias Uhlén.

New CEO
Patrik Tigerschiöld has today been appointed CEO of Bure. Patrik has since 1999
been CEO of Skanditek and Chairman of Bure since 2004. He succeeds Carl Backman,
who will leave the company in connection with the Annual General Meeting on
April 28, 2010.


New CFO
Andreas Berglin has today been appointed new CFO of Bure. Andreas has since 2009
been CFO of  Skanditek with the responsibility for economy and administration.
Andreas succeeds Jonas Alfredson, who will leave the company on March 31, 2010.
