Entuity®, a leading provider of
network management
solutions and the global developer of its award-winning Eye of the Storm®
(EYE) software portfolio, today announced several strategic hires
designed to accelerate the growth already achieved in channels and business
development.
The Company's channel strategy throughout 2009 nearly doubled the
number of worldwide resellers, directly leading to increased revenue. An
expanded channel including Lifeboat Distribution, Column IT, and many others extended
availability and reach for Entuity solutions, while alliances with BMC
Software, Brocade, and Cisco kept EYE
delivering innovative solutions to the contemporary network management
challenges of enterprises and service providers of all sizes.
John McHugh joins Entuity's executive team as vice president of
business development and alliances to identify, target, and build strategic
partnerships that increase the Company's presence throughout the industry.
A 20-year technology marketing veteran, John has played a vital role in the
growth of many companies including BEZ Systems, Cayenne Software, and
Precise Software Solutions, which was grown from startup to IPO, and
subsequent acquisition by VERITAS.
Effective today, Jeff Cloud will serve as an additional channel manager
focused on North America. His extensive experience in pre-sale systems
engineering and post-sale business development program management for
software companies will aid in successfully driving reseller productivity.
Jeff honed his networking and telecom skills over the last 30 years at
well-known companies including MPX Technology, Broadview Networks, I-Link,
Newbridge Networks, General DataComm, and AT&T Information Systems.
Entuity is actively seeking channel partners, managed service
providers, and systems integrators of distinction globally who are looking
to complement their current framework or elemental tools offerings with the
