As an arranger of OJSC “Technikabank” 13.5% notes due 2011 (ISIN:
LV0000800746), SC “Parex bank” has accounted note holders' requests to execute
the put option from January 2, 2010 till January 31, 2010. 

95% of the bondholders wish to use put option and call back their funds which
correspond to the nominal amount of USD 9 500 000; that OJSC “Technikabank”
will return on 12 February 2010.
