NetApp Hosts Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results Teleconference and Webcast
SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - February 4, 2010) - After the close of market on Wednesday,
February 17, 2010, NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) will announce financial results
for the third quarter of fiscal year 2010, which ended January 29, 2010.
This quarter NetApp will begin using a new hybrid format for disclosing key
financial information associated with our quarterly results. Concurrent
with the press release, NetApp will post and distribute a separate document
with financial commentary and statistics which has previously been
disclosed during our earnings calls. These prepared remarks will now be
available prior to the conference call in order to provide the investment
community with additional time to analyze our results. This commentary
will not be read during the earnings call.
NetApp executive management will host our conference call at 2:30 p.m.
Pacific Time to provide our perspective on market dynamics and on our
performance. The call will be broadcast live via the Internet.
