Bruce Noller, the CEO of NewMarket, and Jim Samuels, the CEO of Worldwide, are scheduled to meet at the headquarters of NewMarket's operations in Brazil next week. The two CEOs will work with NewMarket's Brazilian management team to review five-year plans in conjunction with the NewMarket and Worldwide strategy to build a global $1 billion emerging market systems integration operation. NewMarket currently has approximately $100 million in annual revenue and has just announced a $150 million profitable revenue forecast for 2010. The two companies will conduct a Webcast next Friday, February 12, 2009 to present an overview and update on the NewMarket and Worldwide strategy following the CEO Sao Paulo Summit.
