On 2 February 2010, Marathon Asset Management LLP increased its shareholdings
in William
Demant Holding A/S and now holds a total of 5.02% of the share capital and
voting rights in
William Demant Holding A/S.
Marathon Asset Management's total holding of William Demant Holding A/S shares
is now 2,957,817 shares of DKK 1 each, equivalent to nominally DKK 2,957,817.
