He helped drive sales through innovative marketing programs resulting in 20% revenue growth for the Americas division during his tenure. Mr. Cook also held executive marketing positions at Unisys Federal, Digital Paper, Metavante and Quadramed. While at Software AG he played a key role in the company's IPO on the NYSE.

Mr. Cook holds a B.S. in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
