NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 10, 2010) - Jaymie Scotto & Associates (JS&A), a premier Marketing and Public Relations firm dedicated to advancing the technology and telecommunications community, announces today that The Telecom Haiti Relief Fund, through generous donations of 16 participating companies and individuals, has raised thousands of dollars for Haitian earthquake victims and families.

JS&A established The Telecom Haiti Relief fund shortly after January 12, when the massive earthquake struck near Haiti's capital of Port-au-Prince, leaving over 100,000 dead and many more injured and homeless. The fund donated 100% of its proceedings directly to the American Red Cross, to deliver supplies, water and rescue and recovery efforts to the affected areas.

"Our industry is a global community that works together each day to bring the world closer through communication," states Jaymie Scotto Cutaia, CEO of JS&A. "It's been humbling to watch this same global community unite together and support Haitians during this difficult time. Our combined efforts exemplify how when we act as one, we can truly make a difference."

Companies and organizations who have donated to The Telecom Haiti Relief Fund include: Allied Fiber, Rory Cutaia and The Cutaia Group, DealCenter, Expereo, Global Telecom & Technology (GTT), Hibernia Atlantic, Hugh O'Kane Electric, IntelePeer, Jaymie Scotto & Associates, Lexent Metro Connect, New York Institute of Technology, Pangaea Networks, Quadrivium Research Corporation, Source Capital Group, Inc., and Techistan.
