Early results from Cutting Edge Information's ( ongoing survey, "Improving Pharmacoeconomics and Health Outcomes," show that 2 out of 3 respondents will increase pharmacoeconomics spending throughout 2010. Zero respondents plan to reduce their budgets.

Nowadays, teams kick off studies in Phase 2 and even in Phase 1, and more money is flowing to these early-stage endeavors.
