Since the launch, the campaign -- developed by Barona's award winning marketing team -- has generated such an enthusiastic response from guests and passersby that Barona is inviting San Diegans to use their creative license and submit their own ideas as part of the Great Barona Vanity Plate Contest.

"Given the success of our Barona video contest last year, we wanted to once again give our guests and all the creative types in San Diego another chance to express themselves in a fun way," said Linda Devine, senior vice president of marketing at Barona Resort & Casino.

Now through March 31, San Diegans are invited to share what they love about Barona in 16 letters on two license plates at www.barona.com/billboard. The winner of one chosen vanity plate could win $500 or $1,000 if two plates are chosen. And, they may get to see their creativity blazing across a billboard (or two) for all of San Diego to see!

Plus, those who submit their ideas in person at Club Barona at Barona Resort & Casino will receive a free Barona license plate frame or Barona key chain, while supplies last.
