Autoliv's Annual Report Available 

(Stockholm, February 19, 2010) - - - Autoliv (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has filed
its Form 10-K, which includes the Company's 2009 annual report, with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The document will soon be available
electronically at Autoliv's corporate website www.autoliv.com, under the section
“Investors/ Filings” and “Investors/Financial Reports”, respectively. The 10-K
will also be available at the SEC Edgar website www.sec.gov.

Proxy Materials
Hard copies of the Annual Report will be available as of March 23, as will other
documents for the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders. Shareholders in
Autoliv Inc. on the Record Date, March 9, 2010, will be entitled to participate
in and vote at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on May 6, 2010 in
Chicago, and those shareholders will receive a Notice of Internet Availability
of Proxy Materials by regular mail on or around March 31, 2010. This notice will
include instructions on how to access the Proxy Materials electronically to vote
on-line or receive hard copies of the Proxy Materials to vote by regular mail.

General inquiries for hard copies of the 10-K and annual report ¬can be

23, 2010.
