Management changes in Mobility and Broadband Services

Håkan Dahlström, currently President of business area Broadband Services, has
today been appointed President of business area Mobility Services. He succeeds
Kenneth Karlberg, who leaves his position and the TeliaSonera Group.

“Kenneth Karlberg has contributed to the successful development of TeliaSonera's
mobile business for a number of years. In order to develop the company further,
however, we need to change certain behaviors and act more like one company. In
such a process, you sometimes have to change leadership profiles. Therefore,
Kenneth Karlberg leaves his position,” says Lars Nyberg, President and CEO.

“Håkan Dahlström has done an excellent job in Broadband Services, and prior to
that in Mobility Services Sweden. Profitability has improved, cross functional
cooperation has been developed and employee commitment and satisfaction has
improved,” says Lars Nyberg.

Anders Gylder, currently deputy Head of Broadband Services, will succeed Håkan
Dahlström.

Malin Frenning, currently Head of Wholesale & International, has been appointed
deputy Head of Broadband Services, with the aim of succeeding Anders Gylder when
he retires at the end of 2010.

Both Anders Gylder and Malin Frenning will be members of TeliaSonera Group
Management.

Head of Corporate Networks & Technology. He has an MSc in Engineering from

Technology from Heriot Watt University in Scotland.

Anders Gylder, 59, has had a long career in the Group and was earlier member of
Group Management, with responsibility for among other things the Customer Care
Unit and the large corporate customer segment. He has an MSc Engineering from

Malin Frenning, 42, joined Telia as a management trainee in 1993. She has more
than 10 years of experience from senior management positions in TeliaSonera with
