NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of March 1, 2010, applied surveillance status to AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika”. The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules. AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” has failed to submit the English version of its 12 months financial reports of 2009 by March 1, 2010.
