The board of Skanska will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
approves a special dividend of SEK 1. The scheduled date for the AGM is April
13, 2010. The proposed Ex-date is April 14, 2010. Provided that the AGM
approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a
re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in Skanska.
