itelligence AG Acquires Majority Interest in ADELANTE SAS, France

Bielefeld/Paris March 19, 2010 - itelligence AG today announced its
majority interest (51%) in the French SAP consulting company ADELANTE SAS,
which is headquartered in Paris. With this acquisition, itelligence is
building up its international market presence, particularly in France and
Canada. The branches of ADELANTE in Paris, Lyon and Montreal will be
additional locations for SME customers of itelligence.
Herbert Vogel, CEO of itelligence AG, commented as follows: 'I'm delighted
about this new partnership with such a renowned and emerging SAP consulting
company in France. Having acquired the majority interest in ADELANTE,
itelligence AG is positioning itself with its full IT service offering in
France, one of the key European markets, as well as in large parts of
Canada.'
Norbert Rotter, CFO of itelligence AG: 'France is Germany's biggest trading
partner and an important market for our SME business. We expect positive
growth impetus, especially for our region of Western Europe. itelligence
will acquire the remaining 49% interest in ADELANTE by way of call options
over the next few years.'
Stefan Ellerbrake, Director of Western Europe for itelligence AG, is to
become president of the new company, which will trade as itelligence France
SAS in future. The three founders of ADELANTE SAS, David Cairat, Sébastien
Galesne, Cyril Trouiller, and Jean-Yves Popovic (Canada), will continue to
run the company as managing directors. ADELANTE SAS, which employs more
than 50 people in France and Canada, generated revenues in excess of MEUR 5
in 2009 through consulting as well as implementation of SAP solutions and
SAP sector solutions. ADELANTE is a longstanding Partner of SAP in France
as well as being an experienced Business Objects Partner in the
growth-oriented Business Intelligence market segment. ADELANTE SAS's
renowned and long-standing partners include L'Oréal, Nestlé, Molson, and
Cirque du Soleil.
