Fiscal year 2009 has been not satisfactory for Alphaform Group. The key
figures of the audited annual report, which was approved by the supervisory
board, are as follows:

- Total revenues went down by TEUR 1.980 or 9.2 %, from TEUR 21,411 in the
previous year to TEUR 19,431 in 2009.
 
- As of 31 December 2009, the total consolidated result for the period
amounted to minus TEUR 3,797 (previous year: minus TEUR 661). This includes
restructuring costs in the amount of TEUR 440, bad debt in the amount of
TEUR 389 as well as increased depreciation linked to the acquisition of
MediMet GmbH amounting to  TEUR 1,005.

- EBITDA went down from TEUR 1,328 in 2008 to minus TEUR 1,419 in 2009.

- Net cash from operating activities decreased from TEUR 1,863 in 2008 to
minus TEUR 825 in 2009.

- Available cash increased from TEUR 5,220 at 31. December 2008 to TEUR
7,104 at 31 December 2009 whereas Alphaform received TEUR 5.280 Bank loan
in 2009.

- The equity ratio went down by 12.0 percentage points from 69.8 % as at 31
December 2008 to 57.8 % as at 31 December 2009.

- Earnings per share were EUR -0.71 in 2009 compared to EUR -0.12 in 2008.

- The number of employees in full time equivalents at 31 December 2009 was
199 (previous year: 214).
