Snuko and MySecurityCenter form partnership to offer anti-theft software
for computer owners.

Snuko PLC a London based security-and IT company, specialising in securing
peoples computers and mobile phones from loss or theft, and
MySecurityCenter (Europe Capital Limited, ECL), a UK company providing
internet security programs to more than 15 million individuals, today
announced that they have signed an agreement to deliver the industry's most
sophisticated anti theft software for computers to all MySecurityCenter's
existing and future customers.

The Snuko BlackBox anti theft software will be white-labelled by
MySecurityCenter and sold under the brand-name MyTheft Protection.

The software will work as a 'private detective' hidden on the computer ,
should the rightful owner choose to report his/her computer lost or stolen.
In short, when installed on a computer and activated by the appropriate
owner, the software allows the computer owner to find the computers
location down to 10 meters using GeoLocation wifi triangulation, who is
using it and even how the unauthorised person looks like, using the
computers built in web camera.

On top of this, the software is a first of its kind offering the end
consumer data recovery, even after the computer has been reported missing,
data encryption so that unauthorised users cannot gain access to the
computer owners documents, data deletion in case of need and even a full
hard-drive wipe out, should the unauthorised computer user refuse to return
the computer and cooperate with local law enforcement. The software will
work only if the computer owner activates the software by reporting it lost
or stolen, ensuring all privacy issues are respected and taken in to
consideration.
