shows from the company's financial statement that a number of factors, including
an outstanding agreement on credit facilities and sale of a number of projects
and properties which must be settled as a condition of continued operation. As a

statement does not give a true picture of the company's activities, liabilities
and financial position as of 31 December 2009.
