SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) -  Named "Best Buffet" by the California Restaurant Association, San Diego Chapter, Barona Resort & Casino has officially changed the name of the Ranch House Buffet to Seasons Fresh Buffet. In addition to a new name, the restaurant has added dozens of new menu choices and extended hours.

"To showcase our fresh, local seasonal ingredients, we decided to rename our popular buffet restaurant and extend the restaurant's hours due to customer demand," said General Manager Rick Salinas. "We whipped up new choices to offer our guests additional menu selections and to keep them coming back for more."

New additions include a Seafood Station, which offers an assortment of fish for seafood lovers such as Peel and Eat Shrimp and Snow Crab Legs, as well as an Omelet & Crepe station.

The American BBQ station dishes up Pulled Pork, Smoked Brisket, St. Louis Ribs and Smoked Sausage. Additionally, guests can also sample authentic Chinese fare at the new Dim Sum station.

The main buffet continues to feature individually-themed stations that translate to an around-the-world culinary journey including Mexican, Chinese, Mongolian, Rotisserie, Soup & Salad, Dessert and Flambé.

The Seasons Fresh Buffet is priced at $20.99 per person. New extended hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
