("TEN"), (NYSE: TNP) announced today that it will host an Investor and Analyst Luncheon on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 12:30 PM EDT at the Metropolitan Club, at 1 East 60^th Street (corner of Fifth Avenue) in New York City.

Mr. Nikolas Tsakos, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation on the global oil markets and on Tsakos Energy Navigation's development and prospects.
