New Chief Financial Officer at Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S

DLH changes its Chief Financial Officer, and Carsten Vindnæs resigns from his
position. 

Carsten Vindnæs will be succeeded by Peter Thostrup, who joins the DLH Group as
CFO at 1 May 2010. Peter Thostrup, aged 49, has been the CEO of Nordic
Bioscience A/S since 2008, and prior to that, in the period from 1997 to 2008,
he was the President and CEO of Bang & Olufsen A/S, responsible for the
company's finance and control functions.
