Priit Hõbemägi to join the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp

Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp has proposed the Supervisory Board to
select Priit Hõbemägi, the Editor-in-Chief of weekly newspaper Eesti Ekspress,
as an  additional Management Board member of AS Ekspress Grupp. He will become
responsible for the content and development of Group's various  products, both
electronic and paper publications. The goal of AS Ekspress Grupp is to use
Priit Hõbemägi's extensive experience in media content production for promoting
publications of AS Ekspress Grupp. 

Priit Hõbemägi has given his consent to become a Management Board member of AS
Ekspress Grupp. 

In order to find a new Editor-in-Chief for Eesti Ekspress, there will be a
public competition to find the best candidate for developing weekly's strong
investigative journalism  and  to contnue initiated innovations. Priit Hõbemägi
will continue as the Editor-in-Chief of Eesti Ekspress until a new 
Editor-in-Chief is selected.
