MALVERN, PA--(Marketwire - April 19, 2010) -  Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AUXL), a specialty biopharmaceutical company, will release results for the first quarter 2010 on Monday, May 3, 2010 before the opening of the financial markets. The Company will also conduct a conference call that day at 10:00 a.m. EDT to discuss results and highlights of the first quarter 2010.

Mr. Armando Anido, Chief Executive Officer and President, will host the conference call.
