Distribution agreement with Dansk Supermarked extended until 31 December 2012

Forbruger-Kontakt has signed an agreement with Dansk Supermarked on the
nationwide distribution of unaddressed printed matters for the Bilka, Føtex and
Netto supermarket chains until 31 December 2012. The agreement is a renewal of
the present agreement, which expires at the end of this year. 

We are delighted and proud that Dansk Supermarked, being one of
Forbruger-Kontakt's largest and definitely most important customers, has
decided to extend its agreement until the end of 2012. 

One-year agreements are the norm in this line of business, but we have
consciously aimed at securing longer-term agreements with a number of our major
and most important customers. For example, our agreement with another large and
very important customer, COOP, runs until the end of 2011. 

We are satisfied with our current order portfolio, which not only mean that we
distribute printed matters for the largest and most professional players in
Danish retailing, but also underpin our expectations for distribution turnover
in 2010 and furthermore secure approximately 70 per cent of anticipated
turnover for 2011. This is encouraging with regards to planning of further
improvements in efficiency and quality.
