Derivatives: Important information regarding order management during CLIN (37/10)

NASDAQ OMX has discovered a potential problem that could occur during the daily
Closing Call Auction for Index Futures in CLICK. Under certain circumstances,
altering an order during Call Interaction (CLIN) could unintentionally affect
the order's characteristics. Therefore, all the possibilities to change an
order during Call Interaction will be disabled as of April 23, 2010, until the
launch of Genium INET.

During CLIN, alter order transactions will be rejected and the user must delete
the existing order and enter a new one and thereby lose time priority and
receive a new order number. CLICK Trade users will receive an error message and
the choice to abort or to change the order anyway with a delete transaction
followed by a new order transaction. Information about the Call Interaction can
be found in Appendix 17 to the Rules and Regulations of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives
Markets.
