Affitech Change in Ownership

Affitech A/S, (Nasdaq OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today         
announced that Ferd AS, a shareholder in Affitech, has informed the Company that
it now owns 35,915,472 shares each of nominal value DKK 0.50 representing       
35,915,472 voting rights and 7.36% of the outstanding share capital of the      
Company                                                                         

The company further announces that it has today been advised by Braganza AS, a  
shareholder in Affitech A/S, that Braganza's ownership of Affitech A/S has now  
been reduced below 5% of the outstanding share capital.                         

The company has one share class.
