WVT Business Solutions Now Known as USA Datanet

WARWICK, NY--(Marketwire - April 26, 2010) -  WVT Business Solutions, a subsidiary of WVT Communications (NASDAQ: WWVY) announced today that it will now be known as USA Datanet. WVT Communications is a provider of voice, data, video and wireless services to residences and businesses in New York State and selected national markets. In April 2009, WVT Communications completed the acquisition of USA Datanet, a Syracuse, NY based nationwide business telecommunications provider.

Although the Upstate and Downstate New York business customers previously served by WVT Business Solutions will now be served under the USA Datanet name, they will continue to enjoy the same high standard of service and customer care that they have been accustomed to. There will not be any changes in the terms and conditions of their service agreements and they will retain their current contacts for billing questions and customer service.
