Hereby we inform that based on the judgement of the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court delivered on 29 April 2010, the complaint by Panevėžio keliai AB and legal persons lodged against the resolution No. 2K-338 of the Securities Commission dated 9 November 2009 not to approve the obligatory non-competitive formal offer regarding buying in of all remaining ordinary registered shares of the public limited liability company Panevėžio statybos trestas AB has been dismissed as unjustified.
