Peab builds shopping centre in Seinäjoki 

Peab's Finnish subsidiary Peab OY has been contracted to build the first phase
of a new shopping centre in Seinäjoki. The customer is NV Property Fund I Ky and
the contract amounts to EUR 20 million. 

The first phase covers about 11 000 square meters and when the mall is
completed, there will be a total of about 50,000 sqm. The parties have agreed on
further cooperation in this project. 
Work on the first phase has commenced and is expected to be completed by summer
2011th
