(the "Company" or "First Midwest") (NASDAQ: FMBI), the holding company of First Midwest Bank, today announced that it will conduct its Annual Stockholders Meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at 9:30 A.M. CT at the Westin Chicago Northwest, Itasca, Illinois. After conducting the business described in the Company's 2010 Proxy Statement, First Midwest's management will make a brief presentation.
