Unlike most European airports, Shannon Airport's facilities are easily maneuverable. And Shannon is the first airport outside the U.S. to offer U.S. Customs and Border Protection. As a result, Aer Lingus passengers to New York undertake all immigration, customs and agriculture inspections at Shannon prior to departure, making arrival in the U.S. easier and faster.

Aer Lingus provides direct service from New York/JFK to Shannon on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
