AS Tallinna Vesi decided on its Annual General Meeting of shareholders, held on
May 18 2010, on dividend payment of EEK 25 (EUR 1,60) per A-share. On May 28,
2010, the shares of AS Tallinna Vesi will go ex-dividend.
Proceeding from the above, NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided according to „Principles
of flushing orderbooks“ to flush the TVEAT orderbook after the end of today's
trading hours.
