Performance in May 2010 compared with May 2009:
• The number of own passengers increased by 40%, and the total number of
passengersincreased by 20%.
• Own capacity (ASK) increased by 41%, and overall capacity increased by a
total of 26%.
• Own traffic (RPK) increased by 43%, and overall traffic increased by a total
of 26%.
• The load factor (RPK to ASK) increased by 1 percentage point for both own
routes and overall.
The yield dropped to DKK 0.95 (minus 48%) in April. The intensified competition
on domestic services was the main factor squeezing the yield.
A rising penetration rate was seen during the start-up period in May that
followed the closure of Danish airspace in April until
the situation normalised.
