The University of Texas Extends Long-Term Agreement With Paciolan

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2010) -  Paciolan, the leading provider of venue enablement ticketing, fundraising, and marketing solutions, announced today the extension of a multi-year partnership with The University of Texas and its intercollegiate athletics program. The agreement was approved by the UT System Board of Regents at its last meeting.

"We are excited that our commitment to college athletics continues to strengthen long-term partnerships," said Paciolan CEO Dave Butler. "We are ecstatic about our continued partnership with The University of Texas, one of the leading athletics organizations in the nation."

UT, through Texas Box Office and www.TexasBoxOffice.com, sells tickets for Longhorns sports, for events staged at the Frank Erwin Special Events Center and the on-campus Texas Performing Arts facility, and for events in other Central Texas venues. With this agreement, UT continues to leverage the Paciolan system to grow revenues, cultivate fan and donor relationships, and provide world-class services to the university's students, faculty, staff, alumni and fan base.

"Working closely with Paciolan has enabled us to experience record-setting success with both online ticket sales and fundraising efforts alike to generate significant revenue streams," said DeLoss Dodds, UT's Men's Athletics Director. "Paciolan is the ideal partner for college athletics and university arenas. We are pleased to continue our association with this company."

For the 2009 football season, the Longhorns enjoyed incredible success both on and off the field. On the Paciolan system, Texas Box Office processed 65% of all football season ticket renewals online. Texas also sold 15,000 student tickets online and delivered 100% of these tickets via print-at-home technology. In addition, UT sold 17,000 tickets for the 2009 Big 12 Football Championship game and 32,000 tickets for the BCS National Championship game, all online. Already for the 2010 season, Texas has 10,000-plus football season ticket renewals processed online, proof that Longhorns fans have an efficient and exceptional customer experience utilizing www.TexasBoxOffice.com and Paciolan systems.

The Longhorn Foundation is the fundraising arm of UT Athletics. Donors to the Foundation utilize Paciolan's Fundraiser's Advantage solution. The Longhorn Foundation annually captures more than $10 million in online donations and processes 30% of all donations online. This represents a 40% increase in online donations from a year ago.
