ITC Issues a Final Determination That Microsemi Does Not Infringe Patent Claims

ITC Terminates the Investigation


IRVINE, Calif., June 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Microsemi Corporation (Nasdaq:MSCC),a leading manufacturer of high performance analog mixed-signal integrated circuits, high reliability semiconductors and RF subsystems, announced today that United States International Trade Commission ("Commission") has issued its Final Determination in Investigation No. 337-TA-666, in which O2 Micro International asserted that Microsemi and other respondents infringed certain claims in U.S. Patent No. 7,417,382 (the "Patent"). Upon review, the Commission determined that the Microsemi products involved do not infringe the asserted claims of Patent. The Commission also determined that Microsemi did not violate Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and terminated the investigation.
