National Business Group on Health Elects Judith Verhave, BNY Mellon Executive, to Board of Directors


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - June 22, 2010) -  The National Business Group on Health, a non-profit association of more than 290 large employers, announced today that Judith Verhave, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for BNY Mellon, has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Verhave is responsible for the design and delivery of global compensation and benefits for BNY Mellon's 42,000 employees. This includes executive compensation; Board of Director's support and corporate governance; health, welfare, retirement, work/life programs; and expatriate and relocation services. Previously, Verhave was executive vice president at Fidelity Investments where she was responsible for corporate compensation and benefits.

Verhave holds a B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. She is a board member of the Handel & Haydn Society, a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association Executive Leadership group and a member of the Human Resources Policy Institute.
