secured another order for it's innovative WW 5000  Vertical Axis Wind
Turbine. The Conrad Resort and Spa in Nusa Dua ,Bali ,Indonesia
(www.conradhotels.com)has placed an order for ten (10) wind turbines for
delivery in the first quarter of 2011.

Conrad Hotels and Resorts are the premium brand of the Hilton chain - the
best known and highly regarded name in the Hotel industry, with more than
500 hotels and resorts on six continents.

Craig Bond , Executive Chairman of Windworks , confirmed that: this 
order represents a tremendous opportunity for the Company and could 
lead to further orders from the Hilton chain and other Hotel Groups

Michael Burchett, General Manager of the Conrad Bali Resort and Spa,
