Today, the Board of Directors in Columbus IT Partner A/S has decided to include
the share warrant scheme, which was announced in release of 6 May 2009, in the
Articles of Association in pursuance of the authorization in Art. 5.1 of the
Articles of Association.
At the same time the new Articles of Association for the company are hereby
published.
