ASA ("PGS"or the "Company") (OSE and NYSE: PGS)
announces that PGS purchased today 300.000 own shares
on the Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 67,98 per
share. The shares are purchased to be used in PGS'
employee option program.
Following the transaction PGS holds a total of
300.000 own shares, representing 0,15% of total
shares outstanding.
